DCAA
Potomac College is part of the
Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) “Adopt-A-School Program.”
It’s an opportunity for DCAA representatives to visit the College during
the year and recruit students to work at DCAA.
In return, Potomac College accounting students may periodically be joined
by guest Lecturers from the DCAA in their classes.
The partnership is another value-added benefit for our Potomac College
accounting students.

to announce that it is an authorized educational provider for (ISC)2®,
“an internationally-recognized gold standard in information security.”
Potomac College offers both the CISSP I & II courses leading to
certification, and we are a testing site for the CAP, CISSP, and SSCP Exams.

ENTERPRISE INC.
Triway Enterprise, Inc located in Arlington, VA., hosts many
delegations of professional business men and women from across China.
These business affiliates come to the USA to learn more about specific
subject areas and their practical applications.
Potomac College provides lectures and programs for these groups upon
request. During 2007, the College
hosted several delegations from Shanghai, Yunan, and Hubei (just to mention a
few) and shared our faculty’s knowledge in many academic areas including
finance, banking, project management, and human resource management and
information technology.

Defense Acquisition University
(DAU)
Potomac College is currently establishing an articulation
agreement with the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) as it relates to the
certificate programs in Project Management and for the Certified Information
Systems Security Professional (CISSP). More
information to follow.
DC Office of Planning
Potomac College is working with the DC Office of Planning on
an initiative to encourage a healthy living culture in the District of Columbia.
A team of Potomac College faculty is developing a course which may be
used as part of this program. More
information to follow.
CUSTOMIZED TRAINING
Potomac College is proud to offer customized training courses
in a variety of areas including management, organizational communications and
international relations. Any of our
coursework can be tailored to meet the specific needs and wants of a client in
the workplace. Our faculty are highly
qualified academic practitioners who can successfully train and present
materials on a variety of business topics.
